El Monte Flores 13 , is originally from Atlanta, Georgia ,but now it has extensions all over Georgia . Gang members have numerous tattoos on their bodies and mostly on places where other people can see them. You can recognize Surenos by their blue bandanas or other blue tinted clothes. Members typically range in age from 14 to 30 years old. South Side Rascals 13 activities include drug smuggling, gun supplying, theft and drug sales.


MS13 means to Mara Salvatrucha, south the part where they live and where they?re from. The early MS gang members moved into Los Santos in the late 1980's as immigrants from the USA. South Side Rascals 13 are heavily involved in drug smuggling and human trafficking operations.


Once a member is brought into the gang, they are in for life. They cannot act without the boss's consent - they cannot kill without reason, cannot talk to the police, cannot skip gang meetings, or can't leave the gang. South Side Rascals 13 has no tolerance for gang members who drop out. The only way out is death.


El Monte Flores 13 is one of the most dangerous and notorious gangs in Georgia. It also holds the largest area in all the Atlanta District. It's known as one of the biggest (sure?o) street gangs in Atlanta County, with thousands of active and inactive members (with generations of family members). South Side Rascals 13, like most large gangs, is divided into dozens of cliques (subgroups of a bigger gang). Among them are The 64th Street Locos, 85 St, Bagos, Malditos, Malos, Locos, Tiny Locos, Night Owls, Gangsters, Holmes St, Midnites, The Kaplan Klan, The Klan Locos, Denker Boys, Neighborhood, Dukes, Dream Boys, Jokers, Tokers, Lil Rascals, Asesinos,Termites and The Locotes in Kansas City Kansas.



El Monte Flores 13 also has a close alliance with the Mexican Mafia. The gang is sometimes mistakenly believed to be named after the petty crimes most younger members commit; in fact, the gang's namesake comes from the amount of young members that have considered themselves rascals.

Ok here you go the gang is like real life you get jumped into SSR 13 thats 30secounds and to get into the Our Click is 15 secounds more thats the way or Control and Power we will run everything like In Real Life we won't do things that our fake.






As an outsider, you will probably be told very often to move away from us and what not, but don't give up cause you don't get respected right away. It will take some time before you get known around us, of course depending on your in-character actions. So its really important that you have patience when you're trying to join.


1.Always make sure that you follow the server rules and the gang rules at all times. Failure to follow these rules will either result in a punishment or a uninvite from the faction.


2. You must have good knowledge about Sure?o gangs in America and be able to roleplay a gang member properly. And its really important that you roleplay a human being with emotions.


3. You may have an alt account but you will be kicked from SSR13 if you play an alt while any other SSR-13 are online, I ask full dedication to us or none at all. This applies to official members in the faction only.


4. If you got any questions or complaints about the faction or its members. Don't hesitate to send a forum PM.


5.Trying to join the faction also gives us the right to Player-kill you if its needed.


6. Always respect the members within the faction OOC'ly, being disrespectful, racist or discriminate will result in a uninvite from the faction.








All recruitment for El Monte Flores 13 is done in-character. You should not expect to get jumped in after a couple of days as it will take time before you get trusted enough in-character to be one of the members in the gang.


The best way is to try to get some contact with the lower ranks who will introduce you later on to the higher ranks which is something alot of members makes wrong and tries to get respect for the high ranks right away which often doesn't end up too well.

Q: How long time does it take to become a offical member?
A: It can take anything from a month to a year. It all depends on your IC actions and when you get trusted and known around El Corona is when you're getting closer to become a offical member of the faction.








Q: Is it possible to join the faction with a non-hispanic character?
A: Yes, its possible but very rare that non-hispanic characters actually makes it into the gang, so its alot easier to roleplay your way in with a hispanic.


Q: Is it easier to get into the gang if i decide to roleplay a members relative?
A: Absolutely not. It will be just as hard as for any player who's trying to join the faction.


Q: Do I need to have 20 time in los santos IG to be able to roleplay with Rascals?
A: Of course not. You can be TLS 0 or TLS 1000, it doesn't matter, But you better not be doing dumb things IG.


Q: Can I join SSR-13 with an alt?
A: No, you can't. Your character must be your main character and you're not allowed to play on your alt while other Rascal 13 members are online unless I've given you permisson. We ask for either full dedication, or none at all.

The gang is composed predominantly of Armenian immigrants from Armenia and Russian-Armenians from the former Soviet Union who came to the United States during a large influx in the Soviet Union's final years. Armenian Power has strong ties to Russian organized crime, as organized crime in the Soviet Union was multi-ethnic and continues to be multi-ethnic in today's Russia.The gang also has some Hispanic members. In the summer of 1988, two dozen gang members took over the parking lot of a mini-mall in East Hollywood and turned it into their headquarters. They intimidated patrons of the mall's restaurants and clothing stores, forcing the shop owners to hire some off-dutyLAPD officers for security.
The Armenian Power gang members usually wear the classic uniform of the barrio street gang: baggy khaki pants, pressed white T-shirts, hair nets, navy blue ski caps and 'Locs' brand styled sunglasses. Many are tattooed and armed.
By mid-1997 the Armenian Power gang was believed to be responsible for a dozen driveby murders.
The Armenian Power gang is composed of about 200 members making it relatively small compared to many other ethnic gangs in the United States. In United States, Caucasian gangs in general composed only 14% of the total percentage of gangs versus other racial/ethnic groups.
Armenian Power has had a history of conflict with Latino gang members in the past but it is thought to have simmered down in the past years. Armen "Silent" Petrosyan, a founder of Armenian Power, was shot to death on May 22, 2000 by Jose Argueta, a member of Latino gang White Fence. On May 24, 2000, Latino gang members shot an Armenian person outside a restaurant in Hollywood, California. It was recorded as the third clash involving Armenian and Latino gang members in that month. In 2000, a killing of a 17 year old Latino youth outside of Hoover High School by Armenian gang youth sparked dialogue to find ways to help stop violence between these groups.


The story

The Airplane ride into Los Santos was hell. Armenian Sarkisyan (Cousin of Armenian Slient Petrosyan) comes into the City with only 100 bucks on him. After the Soviet union fell Armen's freinds left to Los Santos to start a new life. Armen, A nineteen year old, Six foot four Armenian Male came into the city amazed of what he say. He started going to Los Santos Highschool, and was picked on by the Hispanic Gangs that were on top in Los Santos. He soon hooked up with some Young Armenian Immigrants and soon made the gang Armenian power.

This gang is Armenian-American with Hood RP and Organized crime. If you make a Armenian Character you will go farther in the gang. Any character race is allowed but will have a difficultly being trusted. Also I have a Armenian Mod Pack for the gang. Welcome to El Corona:
Los Santos Airport, where high school graduate Raul Martinez arrives. He looked at the card his cousin has sent to him, stating "If you decide to come live with me, I live at El Corona, 516 area code, ask about it". What his cousin does not tell him, is that its home to a brutal and ruthless Southern Mexican street gang, Surenos. The Cliques name was Dog Patch Criminals X3, which Raul has a long story to tell about.

El Corona's Ruthless new shot caller:
Raul was jumped into DPCX3 and had to go throw a hugh and ever lasting crime spree, which involves gang violence, such as vandlilism, murder etc. Speaking of murder, they had to retilate they're own member, Cesar Vallejo. We was killed, and they had to go on the run. DPC was now known through-out Los Santos. Enrique Vallejo, Raul's cousin, had gone missing, and it was up to Raul to run the gang. While running the gang, Raul made allies, and enemigas. He brought in two new members, Felipe, aka Joker, and Mariano, aka Mari (forgot his street name).

El Corona's hi-times:
DPC gang's crimes had died down after a little bit, but then as the blood's and crips made they're way into Los Santos, war between DPC Surenos, Crips, and Bloods had began. DPC was allies with the crips, and DPC and the Crips went against Bloods. Then, another new gang moved into Los Santos, a Brown Pride clique, Brown Pride Chicos, and DPC is currently at war with them.

Present time El Corona
El Corona is quiet at times, and makes noise at night. Beef between Brown Pride and DPC goes on, DPC and Crips are still cool, Bloods still have  a death wish. Long story short..this gang has some good times and some bad, but lets hope, that they're enemigas will burn to the ground.


Dog Patch Criminals are based off todays Surenos X3 gangs. Remember to have some knowledge about Surenos, if not, you will learn as we go along. But, you must know ALOT about Latino culture and gang culture before you begin to RP with the faction, and remember, keep everything IC.

IC RULES:

1. Never disrespect El Jefe, give your life to Surenos and El Jefe
2. Don't treat your varrios and  homies like ****, or expect a bullet in your head.
3. Stay true to the blue, always respect la eMe X3.
4. Dont blast enemigas without permission.
5. Dont beef with Crips.

The brothers Greg and Jayrome_Green, of Jamaican descent, emigrated from Jamaica with their parents at the age of 8 years trying to get the American dream in Los Santos to join their uncle and cousin.
The arrival was hard, he moved into a house inhabited by the uncle and cousin brothers Chandlers, in a poor neighborhood in Wilowfield.
The two brothers have occupation than to go outside trainer were quickly introduced to the violence, because in this neighborhood there lived a gang, a branch of Blood'z which included their cousin.
For Thom and Roman, their cousin was a mentor, they adored him, it taught them many things, and protected them.

The two brothers traineint lot down the street with neighborhood youth, some gang members and their cousin, Jayrome had to blaze "Green" and Greg "BG". They quickly fell in the unlawful, at the age of 14 years when he was returning from school Furious began a dealer in small quantities because his taff not paid enough.
Biggy touched her a little drugs and weapons, but no longer working there was intensified, he preferred to leave school.

Furious 'had parked and had to sign Kayn', they had discussed a long time, they began to get to know and to trust themselves, they decided to move to Jefferson a few weeks later.
