I think that you should remove the most of the cruisers that in the garage of the LSPD (not including to the rangers and the big vehicles of the LSPD). And make a point that you can spawn a cruiser and dispawn it. Also you will be able t choose the colors black-blue, black-white, black-green (for trainings).
It would be good since that the LSPD will have more slot in the garage.

cool just make it avaible to spawn ONLY in the PD garage not everywhere around the server lol
