Rushing in any circumstances is suicide, you take cover and shoot until someone rush away but not towards the Center-Shooting-Zone. If you notice people run away then people rush, but rushing while both or all parties are taking cover is considered NON-RP and Rambo which is unrealistic in every format in a gun fight.
